Mindful Upgrade Request

If you have a licensed copy of Mindful registered before August 7th, 2008, you may be entitled to a discount to upgrade to Mindful version 2. Once your eligibility has been confirmed you will receive an order link by email to place your order for Mindful version 2 at the proper discount price. Please complete and submit the following form to determine your eligibility.

NOTE: Submitting this form alone does not guarantee your eligibility for a discount to upgrade to Mindful version 2; your first name, last name and email address must also match those of your previous registration as recorded in our files. Only one upgrade discount is allowed per registered license.
