Installation Instructions

WARNING: You must close Loan & Mortgage - if it is already running on your computer - before running the software installation file again for a new version.

System Requirements

• Windows 98 or greater
• 4 MB RAM
• 4 MB available hard disk space
• SVGA or better monitor
• Works with any printer supported by Windows

Installation

1. Click here to download the software installation file for the most current version of Loan & Mortgage (i.e. version 2.3.4, 1.41 MB);
2. Depending on your browser configuration, you may be prompted for a location where to save the software installation file. If so, then select the location where you want the software installation file to be saved (or use your default location) and click Save to save the file in that location. Otherwise, the file should automatically be saved in the default download location (folder) as set in your browser configuration;
   
3. Generally, once the download is complete, your browser should display a link (icon or button) that you can click to open (run) the software installation file. If that is not the case with your browser, simply locate and double-click the software installation file (lam2setup.exe) in Windows Explorer to open (run) it;
   
4. Windows will likely give you a security warning. Click Run to continue with running the installation file for Loan & Mortgage (lam2setup.exe);
   
5. If running Windows Vista or greater, the User Account Control is likely to give you another warning and request your permission to continue running the installation file for Loan & Mortgage (lam2setup.exe). Click Continue;
   
6. The Welcome page of the installation program is then displayed. The installation program will now guide you through the rest of the installation. If at any point during the installation you are not sure which option to choose, simply accept the default option selected. Loan & Mortgage will work perfectly fine with the default installation options.
